Amazon charges you for returns that never arrived
Every month Amazon deducts returns your warehouse never received, that arrived incomplete, or that arrived damaged. You can dispute them one by one in Vendor Central — or have it done for you.
The money is lost by never claiming it
Disputes are rarely lost — they are simply never filed. Reconciling the remittance against returns and shipments, line by line, is work nobody has time for every week.
- Returns deducted on the remittance that the warehouse never received.
- Units arriving incomplete, missing accessories, or empty.
- Stock flagged as damaged that arrives in perfect working order.
- Dispute windows closing while the case still sits unopened.
How it works
- 01
You invite us in
You create a user for us inside your own Vendor Central, with whatever permissions and countries you choose. From there we pull remittance, shipments and returns every day.
- 02
Find what is claimable
The dashboard reconciles all three and shows which returns can be disputed and on what grounds, sorted by value — the biggest recoveries first.
- 03
File the disputes
You pick which ones. We file them in Vendor Central with the correct reason code and the supporting document Amazon has required since 2026.
You never hand us your Amazon password
Most tools like this ask for your Amazon username, password and two-factor code so they can store them on their servers. We never ask for any of it — not as a promise, but because the service simply does not work that way.
Vendor Central lets you invite users with per-country permissions. You create one for us, with just enough to read returns, shipments and remittance and to file disputes. Your password stays yours, and so does your second factor.
And you can throw us out yourself — from your own user management, whenever you like, without telling us and without us being able to stop it. That is what means you never have to take our word for anything.
What signs in to Vendor Central runs in a container of its own, isolated from every other customer, on our own server in Frankfurt. All the dashboard ever receives is your returns, remittance and dispute data.

Frequently asked questions
What do I need to start?
An Amazon Vendor Central account where you can create users, with access to remittance, shipments and returns. Nothing to install, and no machine to leave switched on.
Can it file disputes without me knowing?
No. It only files the disputes you have selected in the dashboard, and it generates the supporting document for each one so you can review it first.
What if Amazon changes their site?
It happens, and when it does the download stops working until we fix it. We fix it on our own server — nothing for you to update, and usually nothing for you to notice.
Is automating Vendor Central allowed?
Amazon’s terms of use do not provide for automated access. It is your account and your call — we say so up front rather than burying it in the small print. What is exposed is the user you created for us, not your own login.
What does it cost?
15% of whatever Amazon approves. Nothing else: no monthly fee, no setup charge, no minimum term. A month with nothing recovered is a month you pay nothing. We bill on what is approved, not on what is claimed.
